Sir Alex, Please Sign Someone in January!!

After watching United this month, I believe they must sign some players if they want to seriously contend for the Premiership and Champions League. United is in the midst of a defensive crisis and forced to use Carrick and Fletcher as defenders instead of letting them play midfield. After gaining 105 million pounds from last summer's departure of Ronaldo and Tevez, United clearly have money to spend. They should pick up Sol Campbell as a cheap fill-in for the injure-plagued defense, David Silva as an offensive playmaker in the midfield, and David Villa as another threatening goal scorer to work with Rooney in the front!
