Lucas Moura Tranfer Agreed between Sao Paulo and Man United

I am seeing early reports on twitter that Sao Paulo and Manchester United have agreed on a fee of 26 million pounds for the transfer of Lucas Moura.  If this is true, this is glorious for Manchester United.  Lucas Moura is a world class 19 year old who will blossom into something special for the Red Devils.
